Looking for info

Hello,
I can't find any other way to ask a "presale question" and had to register to use the forum...

I am interested in ordering 3 servers, 32 slots each. Currently have 6 servers running.

Running Sturmbot, windows based, and amx-mods.

Want to know your comfort level..

After 5 years virtually trouble free with Mammoth, they turned it over to another provider who is not comfortable, or competent at running servers with bots apparently and we are having lost of issues with our 3 new servers.

Please pass on to someone who can get back to me with some info and help.

I'm the community manager Stragis.
Sorry for the delay, yesterday was my birthday so I was not working.
The quickest response time comes from our Live sales chat. From the main page click "Live sales" On the right hand side. We've been in the business of game servers from the beginning, and several companies have 'turned themselves over' to us. Our technical support staff is quite competent working with multi server customers, and all our machines run on windows OS.
